Experienced Founders:

Our founders have strong expertise in using Medical Virtual Receptionist to improve a healthcare office’s bottom line and quality of care.

Z.Al-Sawafi, our Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, leader that brings extensive experience to MedVR through herbackground of delivering on a strategic vision through innovative and scalable solutions, Al-Sawafi is an entrepreneur at heart, and has successfully led several organisations in their growth.  At MedVR, she is responsible, alongside with K.Love, for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations including the recruiting, training and placement of medical virtual receptionist.  Al-Sawafi is extremely passionate about helping the healthcare industry improve both their operations and their finances through the use of medical virtual receptionist.

K.Love, is a Co-Founder, is a graduate of  Business Managment at the University of Queensland. Prior to co-founding MedVR, Terry helped manage a multi-billion dollar loan portfolio in the bank’s Investing and Lending Group. Prior to that, Terry worked in the Investment Banking Division  where she provided strategic advice to the executives of financially and operationally challenged businesses.

Vetting Process:

MedVR invests a lot of time, money and effort into our process to make sure we are providing only high-quality candidates who can be easily adapted into your workflow.

We have a highly experienced recruitment team in Australia and overseas like New Zealand Canada and Philippine  that is constantly sourcing healthcare professionals.

We do extensive vetting across the following dimensions of raw talent: communications skills, attitude, aptitude, work ethic, dedication, coachability, integrity, commitment, consistency, and reliability.

We vet for people who will deliver, and we talk to people’s past employers and assess them on a variety of tests, including personality, to make sure that they meet our standard.

Same Healthcare Professionals Daily + Foundational Training:

Our Medical Virtual Receptionist all have backgrounds as healthcare professionals and clients work with the same professional every day for consistency. This, coupled with the foundational training we provide them, offers you versatile Medical Virtual Receptionist that can easily adapt to your specific workflow.

HIPAA Certified & Security Training:

Our medical Virtual Receptionist are instructed in IT security best-practices and receive certifications in HIPAA compliance training. Our team checks that their computer hardware and anti-virus software meet our specifications at the time of onboarding.

Accountability:

We install time-tracking software on every Medical Virtual Receptionist`s computer that allows our staff to monitor their web activity and mouse movement during hours that they are “logged on.” This allows us to make sure they’re being productive and working during the assigned work hours. The Medical Virtual Receptionist only gets paid and you only get charged for time they are actively logged in and working for you. Needless to say, we have high expectations of our Medical Virtual Receptionist in terms of attendance and performance.

Ongoing Support:

Both our clients and our Medical Virtual Receptionist benefit from ongoing support provided by our highly experienced team of supervisory managers. Supervisors will check in with both the client and the Medical Virtual Receptionist regularly to ensure things are running smoothly and make adjustments as necessary.
